Terms and Conditions

You agree to use our services lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to engage in fraudulent activities, abuse of offers, or any misuse of the platform. You must be of legal age to make purchases in Oman. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred to others.

Each group deal requires a target number of participants to activate. Deals go through approval before they go live, and may expire if the target is not reached in time. Orders are subject to availability and follow the statuses: pending, paid, shipped, completed, or cancelled. Prices may change before an order is confirmed.

When you pay using the in-app wallet, the amount is held as a frozen balance (escrow) until the deal completes. If the deal is cancelled, expires, or does not reach the required quantity, the frozen balance is automatically refunded to your wallet. Once a deal is completed, funds are released to the vendor. Top-ups and withdrawals are processed through licensed payment gateways.

Vendors must complete registration, upload required documents, and be approved by our team before listing deals. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product information, pricing, and fulfillment. A commission may apply to completed deals. Vendor accounts may be suspended or blocked for violations of these terms.

If an issue arises with an order, you can open a dispute through our support team. Escrow funds under dispute are held for review until a resolution is reached. Refunds are issued to your in-app wallet and follow our return policy and applicable consumer protection regulations in Oman.

All content, logos, and materials on this platform are the property of Lammah Club and may not be used without permission. Vendors retain ownership of their product images and listings while granting us a license to display them on the platform.

Lammah Club acts as a platform connecting buyers and vendors. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by vendors, beyond our obligations under Omani consumer protection law. Our liability is limited to the amounts held in escrow for the relevant deal.
