How it works?

How does group buying work?

A simple idea: team up to buy one product at a better price. Here are the steps from browsing to delivery.

1

Choose a product

Browse active deals and pick the product that suits you. Each deal shows the price, required quantity, and current participants.

2

Join the deal

Select your quantity and pay securely via wallet. Your amount is held until the deal completes — invite friends to join you.

3

Group completes

When enough participants join, the deal activates automatically. The progress bar shows how many more are needed.

4

Receive your order

Once activated, the product is prepared and shipped to your address. You and all participants get the same great group price.

Group Buying FAQ

Quick answers about group buying, group offers in Oman, and collective discounts

Group buying lets multiple customers join the same deal. Once the required number of participants is reached, the deal activates and everyone unlocks the best collective price. If the target isn't met in time, the deal is cancelled and no one is charged.

Group discounts mean the product price improves as more buyers join the same deal. The more people who participate, the better the price — and when the group completes, everyone pays the special collective price.

Yes. Some deals are for customers (B2C), some for merchants (B2B), and some are open to both. Each product card clearly shows the deal type so you know who can join before you commit.

We accept wallet payments using points and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. Wallet payments are reserved in escrow until the group deal completes, so your money is protected.
