When you create an account, join group deals, add delivery addresses, or register as a vendor, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, delivery address (including city and location), and for vendors, business display name and commercial registration number. Authentication codes are stored hashed and expire shortly after use.

We use your data to process orders, activate group deals, manage wallet balances and escrow, verify vendors, deliver shipments, and communicate with you about your deals and account. We also use aggregated, non-identifiable data to improve our services.

Your in-app wallet holds balances and escrow for group deals. When you top up or withdraw, we may collect bank account details (bank name, account holder, IBAN) and process payments through licensed gateways. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We implement industry-standard security measures including hashed authentication codes, escrow-protected funds, role-based access control, and encrypted communication. Wallet balances are held in escrow until a group deal completes, with automatic refunds on cancellation.

We share data only with trusted payment gateways and shipping providers necessary to fulfill your orders, and with authorities when legally required. We never sell your personal information to third parties or use it for advertising.

You can view, update, or delete your account information and delivery addresses at any time from your dashboard. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting our support team.
